With offices located throughout the UK, we are able to meet your local management teams. Our key account management approach centres upon customers having a local point of contact, dedicated admin support, and engineers with routes which enables them to provide efficient and clear communication to customers. Occasionally, not everything will go to plan, so we have an effective and flat escalation process to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum.
Qualified to NVQ3 levels
Qualified to NVQ3 levels, our engineers’ knowledge of lifts on the route leads to reducing callouts and returning them back to service as quickly as possible. We have a dedicated procurement team to quickly source all parts required in order to maintain your equipment.
Our design capability enables us to support and deliver on complex solutions for new installations and modernisations.
All of our locations are linked via our bespoke Service Customer Relationship Management system so that employees see the same data at the same time to provide a personalised experience. Using a suite of proprietary apps, our engineers provide real time reports covering inspection delivery, callouts, and quotes.
